Today is Esther Derby who kinda was featured in the previous one. Anyhow, I’ve got 46 messages since January 2018. What’s interesting in going through almost 8 years of messages is you can see the formats change over time. And, unfortunately, some of the links break either because the target has moved or the link shortener or analytics redirector is broken or unsubscribed from.

Working with motivated individuals to experiment and learn, rather than mandating that everyone do everything the same way, at the same time.

Nurturing implicit knowledge and judgement, rather than copying exactly what worked somewhere else.

Honoring the past, present, and people, rather than pushing past resistance.
