  • In terms of systems analysis, there is no such thing as stability. There are only times when variations in the inputs are not large enough to cause the system to fail.
  • SAM deal with anything that is “integrated with your product that is shipped to the customer”
  • CM audit ensures “you have the stuff, the right stuff, and nothing but the stuff” that you’re supposed to have
