A developer note in the wild
Quite some time ago, I posted about a script I use to detect the information that developers leave behind for themselves in the code. The logic being that a feature is not “done” until there is nothing to left “todo”. Simarily, if there is something flagged as in there as needing a “fixme” to make it right, it should be in the bug system. (Note I’ve toned down my rhetoric in the last year from “must” to should.)
Anyways, when seeing if my air miles were properly credited to my account I started poking around to see if I could use them and say this fantastic screen. A simple script would have detected this.
