I’ve been getting SD Times for a couple months now, and I’m starting to understand what content to expect (and not to expect). It was no surprise then that David S. Linthicum’s article on Is SOA Quality a Priority was the best one in this edition. David seems to be pretty high up on the SOA clue ladder and his columns tend to put a priority on things that testers should care about (sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly).
