I’m giving the Agile conference another shot this year. You might recall that last year I had a topic selected but I didn’t end up going due to some confusion over the compensation scheme. This year I am certain I understand it (having had it explained from the main conference coordinator and the testing stage chair). So here are my proposals for this year’s:

  • Scripting Recipes for Testers is a 90m version of the tutorial I did at GLSEC last year. It is shorter by 50% but I think a re-org of the content would make it work.
  • Agile Hats Art Show is an interactive workshop where we will create a taxonomy of the various hats agile testers wear in their day-to-day jobs and see what, if any, patterns emerge. The more I think about this one the more I like it, but I can’t seem to decide if I am more comfortable with it as a 90m session or a 45m; if feels like a 65 – 70 one.
