Mailing List Cleanup - Congruent Change

(This is part of an open ended series of posts where I write down random things I feel are sharable from the years of mailing lists I’ve not caught up on…)

Today is Congruent Change which is primarily written by Don Gray, who I am sure I’ve met in person as he’s a Weinborg. But I’ll admit I don’t remember it – likely at an Agile event. Esther Derby also gets in the mix as well – she I absolutely know in The Real World[tm]. It looks like there are 17 messages in this folder dating back to January 2023.

• 5 Principles to use when solving a problem for someone – I see people get burned by the ‘passion’ one frequently. Wow that sounds click bait-y.
• The Anarchy
• Mess or Problem – I really like this distinction. Especially Often problems involving people become messes. which isn’t too much of a shock since its very much a Weinberg-adjacent thing.
